How To - Change Plan

Please follow the instructions below that match your account type.


Monthly Subscription Accounts:

With NewsgroupDirect you are free to change your plan at any time. Just login to NewsgroupDirect.com, click on My Account, then click on Profile. From there you can follow the instructions to change to a different plan.

Block Accounts:

Block account holders currently need to expire the bandwidth of their account.  At that time, you can register using the email address of the previous account and you will maintain your username and password.  This also applies to renewing block accounts.

    This does not appear to be correct for the current website. My Account does not exist and the instructions appear non-existent.

    Chris is correct.  I have just attempted this and opened a support ticket.
